Vendor Building Surveys are similar to building surveys and are conducted for owners/investors who are disposing of an asset. The benefits include early identification of any issues that might delay a closing and limits the number of parties inspecting the property.

Our report format is typically a traffic light type report categorising all issues from ‘red’ urgent repairs to ‘amber’ desirable repairs to ‘green’ routine repairs.
